Sara M. Dean, MSN, RNC, WHNP-BC

Sara M. Dean, MSN, RNC, WHNP-BC , joined  Women’s Specialists of Houston, at Texas Children’s Hospital 2007. She earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Kansas Medical Center in 2004 and worked in labor and delivery until earning her Master’s of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston in 2007.

Sara became board certified by the National Certification Corporation as a Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner in 2007 and is an active member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health as well as the National Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau.

Sara delivers personalized and compassionate care to each and every patient.  She wants patients to be educated about their specific condition so they can make healthy and appropriate decisions regarding their care.  Sara specializes in perinatal mood disorders and postpartum depression.  She dedicates tome every day to patients suffering from these disorders during pregnancy and after delivery.

Sara works in cooperation with Dr. David Zepeda  and together they provide patients with individualized and compassionate care.

Physician Assistant

Tiffany Rostant, MMSC, PA-C

Tiffany attended Emory University Medical School and graduated with Highest Honors, earning her Master’s in Medical Science and Physician Assistant Studies in 2001. Previous to her graduate studies, she completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Florida in Microbiology and Chemistry with Highest Honors in 1998.

Tiffany continues to maintain active membership in the American Academy of Physician Assistants. One of her great joys is mentoring, and she devotes her time as a volunteer teacher and preceptor at the Baylor Physician Assistant program.

Prior to joining  Women’s Specialists of Houston, at Texas Children’s Hospital, she practiced with an Interventional Cardiology group for almost four years. Tiffany has been an integral part of our team, since June 2005, when she joined the Obstetrics and Gynecology practice of Dr. Damla Dryden.
